Divya Sharma

Divya Sharma began their career in 2012 as a Network Engineer Intern at Bharati Airtel Ltd. In 2014, they joined Aricent as a Software Engineer, where they developed software for LTE Protocols and spearheaded software development for Wireless Network Monitoring. In 2018, they co-founded ZipWaste, Waste Management Services, where they ideated and developed a computer vision model for waste management services. Divya also secured a contract with the Indian government and generated impact for 10K clients in 40+ rural areas near Delhi. In 2019, they became the Product Manager for Ele at The Garage at Northwestern, where they led a product team to design a creative Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) based software MVP. In 2020, they held two positions as a Product Manager at LifeWeb 360 and as a Product Management Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Currently, they are a Technical Product Manager at Telnyx, where they are responsible for defining and prioritizing the Product Roadmap for three Telnyx products. Divya also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders' expectations, and creates and prioritizes Jira tasks for the technical team.

Divya Sharma has an extensive educational background. Divya obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2009 and 2013. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Engineering Management in Product Management (STEM, equivalent to MBA) from Northwestern University between 2019 and 2020. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn and Scrum Alliance. These include Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn in 2021, and Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) from Scrum Alliance in 2019.
