Karina Elias

Karina Elias has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Karina started their career as an Assistant in the Personnel and Finance Department at Irmãos Perfeito, where they primarily focused on recruitment and selection processes, as well as payroll administration and benefits management. Afterwards, they worked as an Analyst in the Personnel Department at Zaraplast S.A., where they handled various tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding, timekeeping, and document maintenance. Karina then moved on to Veganet as a Junior Payroll Analyst, gaining experience in payroll responsibilities. Following that, they joined Plugin Contábil as a Senior Payroll Analyst, responsible for payroll closing, benefits administration, and customer service. Karina then transitioned to a People Experience Analyst role at Ten Lifestyle Group, where they worked for three years, handling HR-related tasks. Karina later joined AGASUS as a Payroll Department Supervisor for a brief period before moving to Dual RH as an HR Consultant. Most recently, they have been working at NIAZI CHOHFI as an HR Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Senior HR Administration Analyst at Ten Lifestyle Group, specializing in payroll for the Latin America and Caribbean region.

Karina Elias completed their undergraduate degree in Human Resources Administration from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2009 to 2011. Karina then pursued further education and obtained a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, where they studied from 2016 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Karina Elias has obtained several certifications. Karina completed the "Formação de Business Partner- RH estrategista," "RH ÁGIL," "Recursos Humanos 4.0," and "Tech Recruiter" certifications from Udemy in October 2021. Karina also completed the "Bases Conceituais dos Modelos de Gestão" certification from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2021. Furthermore, Karina has received certifications in "Departamento Pessoal – Novas Atualizações," "E-Social," and "Ética e Cidadania" from Cursos iPED in 2021.
