Royce Reppert

Royce Reppert has extensive work experience in operations, management, and sales engineering. Royce currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Tennant Company since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Honeywell as a Director of Operations from October 2020 to May 2023, and as an Operations Manager from October 2018 to October 2020. Royce also worked at Parker Hannifin, where they held various roles including Value Stream Manager, Production Supervisor, Product Manager, Electromechanical Territory Manager, and Applications Engineer from 2005 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Innovative Controls Automation from 2003 to 2005.

Royce Reppert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Ohio University between 1999 and 2003.
