Hans Lipp

Hans Lipp is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in ignition applications and engineering. Currently serving as the Global Director of Ignition Engineering at Tenneco since April 2019, Lipp previously held the position of Global Director of Ignition Applications at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation from January 2012 to April 2019, and served as the Manager of Ignition Applications there from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Lipp worked at Bosch North America as a Senior Applications Engineer for Engine Management Systems Components from 1998 to 2008, following a role as an Applications Engineer for Spark Plugs at Bosch from 1995 to 1998. Lipp holds a Dipl.-Ing (TH) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where studies were completed from 1988 to 1994.
