Lana Dalley

Lana Dalley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lana started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Ford Motor Company in 1998 and then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ARAMARK Corporation from 1999 to 2000. Lana joined Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation in 2000 and held various roles, including Corporate Human Resources Representative, Corporate Human Resources Manager, and Global Talent Acquisition Human Resources Manager. Lana provided HR support to multiple divisions and managed global talent acquisition strategies. In 2006, they became a Human Resources Manager for North America Technical Centers at Federal-Mogul, where they supported multiple directors and managed a small HR team. In 2016, they transitioned to Tenneco as a Senior Global Human Resources Manager, responsible for corporate functions such as IT, Sales, Finance, and more. Lana later became the Global Human Resources Director for Global Services & Compliance at Tenneco, overseeing various HR activities and leading transformational initiatives.

Lana Dalley completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Central Michigan University from 1998 to 2000.
