Jason Gass

Jason Gass has extensive work experience in operations management. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations WH at Tensar, a division of CMC, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Ball Corporation from March 2021 to September 2022. From July 2019 to March 2021, they worked as the Sr. Plant Manager at Transcendia, Inc. Jason also held various roles at Pactiv, LLC, including Plant Manager from October 2016 to June 2019 and Unit Manager from January 2013 to October 2016. Jason served as the Central Engineering Manager at Inline Plastics Corp. from June 2011 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Operations Manager at First Choice Packaging from October 2009 to June 2011. Jason also gained experience as the Owner/CEO of I & J Packaging LLC from April 2002 to June 2009. Jason started their career as the Thermoforming Business Unit Manager at UFP Technologies, Inc. from March 1999 to March 2002 and later worked as the Plant Manager at Nelipak (Alga Plastics) from August 1994 to March 1999.

Jason Gass has a varied education history. Jason obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology & Management from Rhode Island College, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they pursued certification in Lean Six Sigma from the Aveta Business Institute, specializing in Black Belt, DFSS Certification, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt. Jason also holds a Certificate in Advanced Data Analysis from Clayton State University, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Georgia Southern University from 2016 to 2017.
