Bill Walker

Bill Walker has over 28 years of work experience in various roles. Starting in 1992, they were the CTO of Smoke N Mirrors. In 1997, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Principal Engineer and then moved to MITRE in 2007 as a Principal Information Systems Engineer. In 2008, they returned to Sun Microsystems as a Principal Engineer. In 2010, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Director of Enterprise Architecture and Principal Systems Analyst. In 2011, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Technical Director of the CTO Office and Principal Architect of Convergent ICT Solutions. In 2015, they joined CenturyLink as a Senior Director of Strategy and Advancement. In 2016, they joined HPE CONNECT as a member of the Technical Advisory Board. In 2017, they joined the Broadband Forum as a member of the Technical Advisory Board. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer of Tensor Networks since 2020.

Bill Walker attended Penn State University and Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
