Zhimin Chen

Zhimin Chen is a seasoned professional in security architecture and design, currently serving as Senior Principal Security Architect at Tenstorrent Inc. since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Silicon Security Manager at Meta, where Zhimin led the SoC security team for the AR computing platform, and a significant tenure at Apple, where Zhimin built and managed the SoC Security Architecture Team covering various in-house processors. Prior roles also include Senior Security Architect at Microsoft, focusing on Xbox security, and Security Engineer at BlackBerry. Zhimin holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
