Daniele Gerion

Daniele Gerion currently serves as Vice President of Research & Development at TeraPore Technologies, Inc., following a series of roles including Senior Director and Director of Applications. At LamdaGen Corporation, Daniele has occupied positions such as Science & Technology Advisor to the CEO and Chief Technology Officer, leading the development of mobile testing technology for rapid clinical measurements in infectious disease. Daniele also played a pivotal role as Director of Technology, inventing the L'AuRa technology and overseeing its translation from research through validation stages. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Engineer at Agilent Technologies, Senior Scientist at LamdaGen Corporation, Senior Post-Doctoral Staff Member at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Post-doctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley & Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Daniele's academic background includes a Ph.D. and MS/Diploma in Physics from EPFL.
