Lisa Larke began their work experience as an Assurance Associate at EY in October 2014, where they worked until December 2015. Lisa then joined IBM in February 2016 as an Account Executive for Watson Customer Engagement, Commerce & Marketing until January 2018, during which they transitioned to the role of Product Manager for Watson Marketing AI & Insights / Usage & Billing Automation until September 2020. In August 2021, they started working at Terminus as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, and their current role there does not have an end date specified.

Lisa Larke has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, with a minor in Spanish. Lisa also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Lisa participated in the KIIS Full Immersion Study Abroad program in Segovia, Spain, where they focused on Spanish Language and Literature, as well as Spanish Business.

Lisa holds a Certificate in Professional Digital Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute since December 2017. Furthermore, Lisa has completed training in "Cloud & Cognitive Patterns" and has been certified as an "IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner". Lisa also attended the Global Sales School at IBM in July 2016.
