Patrick Schweiger

Patrick Schweiger started their work experience as a Web 2.0 Intern at Cisco Systems in 2008. Patrick then worked as a Webmaster for the Department of Modern Languages at Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010. After that, they served as a Web Publisher at SOS Children's Villages - USA from 2011 to 2012. Patrick then worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Community Service at Marquette University from 2013 to 2015. Patrick then became a Study Abroad Manager at the University of Richmond in 2016, a position they held until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Patrick worked as an Associate Services Consultant at Zendesk, where they were responsible for driving product discovery, design, and configuration for clients. Currently, they are an Implementation Engineer at Terra Dotta, LLC.

Patrick Schweiger attended Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Spanish, and General Business. In 2013, they enrolled at Marquette University and completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in College Student Personnel Administration in 2015. Additionally, in October 2022, Patrick obtained the Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I certification from Zendesk.
