Chelsea Lloyd

Chelsea Lloyd has a strong background in engineering and project management. Chelsea started their career at Chevron in 2009, where they held several roles, including Construction Engineer, Operations Support Engineer, and Project Manager. In these roles, Chelsea was responsible for managing construction projects, overseeing operations support, and executing decommissioning and well abandonment projects. Chelsea successfully grew workforces, achieved safety milestones, and contributed to cost savings. In 2017, Chelsea joined Terra Technologies LLC as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager. Recently, in February 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering at Terra Technologies LLC.

Chelsea Lloyd completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering at Texas Tech University from 2004 to 2006. Chelsea then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Chelsea obtained a certification as an Engineer In Training in April 2006, although the institution responsible for this certification is unknown.
