Tony Gingiss

Tony Gingiss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tony is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Terran Orbital Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Virgin Orbit from January 2021 to April 2023. Tony was also the CEO of Airbus OneWeb Satellites from September 2017 to January 2021, where they led the design and production of satellites for OneWeb's low earth orbit constellation.

In addition, Tony Gingiss has held various roles at Boeing, including Director of Strategic Integration for Satellite Systems, Director of NSCP & ASP for Government Satellite Systems, Deputy Director & Program Manager for NSCP, and Systems Engineering Manager for the GPS IIF Program. Tony also worked as an Independent Consultant and Director of Product Development at Media.Net Communications.

Furthermore, Tony Gingiss has been involved in the non-profit sector, serving as a Board Member for both the LA Conservation Corps and the Space and Satellite Professionals International. Tony was also an Advisory Board Member for Purdue University's Cislunar Initiative.

Tony Gingiss attended Purdue University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Tony then went on to pursue further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992 and obtained their Master of Science degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics.
