Mathias Goeltzner is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in optimizing processes and driving efficiency across various industries. Currently serving as Regional OPS Supervisor at Tesla since May 2025, Mathias previously managed Global Fraud Operations at Klarna, achieving significant reductions in operational resources and improving key performance indicators. Other notable roles include Head of Operations at Apothera GmbH, Sr. Operations Manager at Lime, and Operations Manager at Expedia Group, where Mathias excelled in scaling operations and enhancing customer success. Mathias holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Amsterdam and multiple degrees in Environmental Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside an Associate's degree in Welding Technology.
