Mufaddal Motiwala

Mufaddal Motiwala is a skilled engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from Ryerson University. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Tesla since January 2022, Mufaddal focuses on enhancing grid-scale energy storage technology to promote sustainable energy solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Engineer and Engineering Data Scientist at Hatch, where Mufaddal utilized data analytics for business decisions in noise, vibration, and hydroelectric power applications. Additionally, Mufaddal held positions as a Lead Researcher at Human Factors Engineering, a Hardware Reliability Engineer at Ontario Power Generation, a Software Engineer at Indigo, and a Research Assistant at Tetra Ryerson, showcasing a diverse technical expertise across various engineering domains.
