Silvio Brugada

Silvio Brugada is an experienced engineering professional with a background in software and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Tesla, Silvio has held various leadership positions including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager focusing on Navigation, Software, and Firmware Platforms. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Makani Power, Advanced Design Engineer at Altera, and Software Engineer at Altera, among others. Silvio Brugada graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University in 2004, after completing earlier education at Colegio de San Jose.
