Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith is currently a Senior Manufacturing Equipment Engineer at Tesla, specializing in the Cybertruck GA. Prior to Tesla, Spencer worked at General Motors as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing the machining process for crankshafts and cylinder heads. Earlier in their career, Spencer gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at AccuMED Innovative Technologies and as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Cummins Inc., where Spencer worked on various projects such as designing test rigs and implementing product development changes. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Jamestown Community College.
