Ian Donaldson

Ian Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ian currently works as a Principal Software Engineer at Tessera Therapeutics, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Ian worked at Invitae from 2019 to 2022, where they held various positions including Senior Software Engineer (Lab Automation) and Senior Software Engineer. At Invitae, they developed integrated C# .NET Framework applications and worked with lab automation and liquid handler solutions. Ian also worked at Ellucian as a Principle Consultant (Software Engineer) from 2017 to 2019 and at CGI as a Software Engineer in 2016. Their earlier experiences include roles at Worldnetmedia, University of Montana, Ashley Martin Manufacturing, AMC PC Services, Carroll College, and Jore Corporation, where they gained expertise in network administration, repair technician work, resident technical assistance, and CNC operation and programming.

Ian Donaldson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Carroll College from 2007 to 2011. Ian also has additional certifications in "Building Serverless Apps on AWS" from LinkedIn and "NREMT-B" from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, obtained in March 2013.
