Ross McCulloch

Ross McCulloch has over 20 years of work experience in customer success and account management roles. Ross is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at TetraScience, where they are responsible for leading the global Customer Success team and working with top pharma and life science companies. Prior to this, Ross held leadership positions at Talend, BitSight, True Fit Corporation, Salesforce, and Digital River Inc, where they played a crucial role in building and managing customer success organizations. Ross has a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Ross McCulloch attended Buckinghamshire New University from 1996 to 1999. Ross did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time.
