Dave Garman possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency preparedness, currently serving as the 1st Precinct Dogwatch Lieutenant and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis since June 2021. In this capacity, Dave oversees assault case reviews and conducts assessments of complex crime investigations while advocating for victims and witnesses. Additionally, as a Critical Infrastructure Manager for the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since February 2019, Dave promotes disaster preparedness across multiple sectors, contributing to national policy on critical infrastructure security.
