Pham Thu Hien

Pham Thu Hien has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pham is currently working at TH Food Chain as the Human Resources Director since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior HR Manager - Head of Organization Design and Development from June 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they advised on organizational design and structures and conducted organizational diagnostics.

Before joining TH Food Chain, Pham Thu Hien worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Organization Development at TH Group and its member companies from October 2019 to May 2021. In their career, they have also worked as an HR Manager - Staffing and OC at Pepsico Vietnam, where they were responsible for staffing policies, procedures, and employer branding activities. Their work at Pepsico Vietnam lasted from March 2010 to September 2012.

Pham Thu Hien's HR journey began at Unilever Vietnam, where they worked in various HR roles from June 2004 to February 2010.
