Roberto Minella

Roberto Minella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roberto began their career at EICAS Automazione S.p.A as an Engineer from 1992 to 1994. Roberto then joined Valeo Climate Control as the Testing Department Manager from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they worked at Magneti Marelli where they held various roles such as Program Manager, Purchasing Director, Purchasing VP, Senior Vice President - Purchasing, COO - Infotainment & Telematics, CEO - Shock Absorbers, and PMO from 1998 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Thales Alenia Space, initially as the Executive Vice President - Operational Functions until 2022, and currently as the Executive Vice President Operations Italy.

Roberto Minella began their education in 1980 at Liceo Valsalice in Torino. Roberto completed their maturità degree in Liceo Scientifico in 1985.
