Jelena Spragg

Jelena Spragg has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jelena is currently serving as an IT Delivery Lead at The AA since September 2021. Prior to this, Jelena worked at Enstar Group as an IT Manager, Application and Database from February 2017 to September 2021. Jelena also served as a Senior Technical Lead at John Lewis Partnership from January 2015 to January 2017. Jelena has held roles as a SQL Consultant at AQA in September and October 2014 and as a Senior SQL DBA at Centrica from November 2011 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior SQL DBA at FE fundinfo from May 2009 to 2011.

Jelena Spragg attended the Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade, where they pursued a degree as a Computer Programmer. Jelena then proceeded to the University of Belgrade, where they obtained a MSc in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis V4.0, Bullet Proof Manager, ITIL 4 Foundation Level, MCITP Certified SQL Server 2005 DBA, MCITP Certified SQL Server 2008 DBA, and Solaris Certified System Administrator.
