Isabella Rago

Isabella Rago has had a varied work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Swim Instructor for the Wilmette Park District. In 2016, they worked as a Camp Counselor for Lifetime Fitness. In 2019, they shadowed at Daniel S. Tresley, M.D., S.C., observing blepharoplasty surgery and various clinical procedures. Isabella also shadowed at Susila Subramanian MDSC, observing patient-physician interactions, diagnoses and treatments. At Susila Subramanian MDSC, they also worked as a Clinical Administrative Office Assistant, providing accurate information to clients, insurance companies and hospital staff. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Tempus Labs, Inc. as a Clinical Oncology Associate (Pre-Analytics) and Clinical Laboratory Associate. Isabella initiated oncology research, devised and implemented order triage workflow, collected patient data and performed acceptability assessments. Isabella is currently employed as a Product Operations Specialist at The Action Network, improving the functionality, performance and accuracy of their app and website.

Isabella Rago attended Loyola Academy from 2012 to 2016, earning their High School Diploma. Isabella then attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences with a focus in Medical Science and Human Health. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP) from Mayo Clinic Laboratories in August 2020, Specimen Receipt and Handling - Infectious Disease from Tempus Labs, Inc. in August 2020, and CPR from LIFETIME FITNESS.
