Guy Snelgar

Guy Snelgar has extensive experience in the travel industry, with roles spanning various companies and positions. Guy is currently serving as the Global Business Travel Director at The Advantage Travel Partnership since May 2022. Prior to that, Guy worked as a Consultant at Barndello Consulting from September 2019 onwards, where they focused on assisting TMCs, corporate travel programs, and other travel agencies with technology and sales strategies. Guy also held the role of SVP Global Travel Technology Integration at Partnership Travel Consulting, LLC from March 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Barndello Consulting, Guy held positions at Travelport as a Commercial Director from July 2016 to July 2019, Diners Club International as the Head of Sales from June 2015 to July 2016, and Amadeus IT Group as the Head of Sales & Consulting from February 2014 to June 2015. Guy also worked at GetThere as the Director, EMEA from September 2012 to February 2014, and as the Head of Business Development - EMEA from January 2008 to October 2012.

Additionally, Guy has experience as an Online Development Manager at Portman Travel, where they were responsible for selling Portman's Online Self-booking tools and working on online sales-related issues from an unspecified start date in 2003 to an unspecified end date in 2007. Lastly, they began their career at Galileo International as an Account Manager and Sales Manager, moving up to lead the Sales Development team in 2002, after working with key business travel agents and tour operator customers since joining the company in 1989.
