Andrew Meran

Andrew Meran has a strong background in commercial real estate and capital markets. Andrew currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at The Altman Companies since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director of Investments at BBX Capital Real Estate from 2012 to 2021, and later moved on to become the Managing Director of Investments at BBX Industrial, a BBX Capital Real Estate Company starting in August 2021. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as the Manager of Commercial Real Estate at BankAtlantic from 2002 to 2012, and as the Managing Director of New Business Development at Rendina Companies from 2001 to 2002. Andrew began their career as a Retail Tenant Representative at The Staubach Company from 1997 to 2001.

Andrew Meran received their BS degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School during the years 1993 to 1996.
