Raul Bolledo

Raul Bolledo currently serves as the Director of Procurement at The Bistro Group, a position held since October 2007, and has also taken on roles such as Corporate Head Chef, Certified Serve Safe Instructor and Examination Proctor, Research and Development Chef, and Quality Assurance Manager within the same company.
