Lauren Gonoud

Lauren Gonoud, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Lauren began their career at Sysdoc as an HR & Operations Assistant from September 2014 to December 2015. Lauren then took on the role of People Advisor at Sysdoc from January 2016 to June 2018. Lauren then joined Adstream as a People & Culture Adviser from June 2018 to May 2019. Currently, they work at The Blair Partnership, where they started as an HR & Talent Adviser in May 2019 and later progressed to HR Manager from December 2020 to November 2021. Lauren then became Senior HR Manager from November 2021 to February 2023. Presently, Lauren holds the position of Head of HR at The Blair Partnership, starting from November 2022. Lauren'sexperience showcases their growth and expertise in the HR field.

Lauren Gonoud, Assoc CIPD, completed their education in a chronological manner. Lauren attended St. Bernards Catholic Grammar School from 2001 to 2008. Then, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a degree in PR with Cultural Studies from the University of the Arts London. Most recently, from 2016 to 2017, Lauren completed a Human Resources Practice program at CIPD - Acacia Learning.
