Pallavi Sharma

Pallavi Sharma is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion at The Bridgespan Group since October 2022. Previously, Pallavi held the position of Director of Learning Development and DEI for India and APAC at Epsilon from September 2017 to July 2021. Pallavi's extensive background includes roles at Target as a Senior Training Manager and Manager of Training and Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities ranged from strategic oversight to budget management and staff development. Pallavi's career began in instructional design, holding roles at companies such as Logica, Accenture, and NIIT Ltd., contributing to the development of various training solutions and learning experiences. Pallavi holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Panjab University and has a strong foundation in training and development methodologies.
