Rich Gibson

Rich Gibson is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in facility services and logistics operations. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Occupational Development from the University of Mount Olive, Rich has a strong background in driving excellence in service delivery, quality control, project management, and regional field training. Prior to their current role as Director of the Center of Excellence at The Budd Group, Rich served as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Account Manager at the US Marine Corps.
