Dawn-Marie Gray

Dawn-Marie Gray serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at The Cadmus Group, leading efforts to integrate DEIA principles across the organization's operations since January 2021. Concurrently, as the Head of Creative Strategy for Sunshine Matter, LLC, Gray focuses on developing culturally relevant content and authentic marketing campaigns. Previously, at CVS Health, Gray held roles including Director of Strategic Diversity Management and Senior Marketing Manager, where significant initiatives led to increased diversity in leadership hiring and successful multicultural marketing campaigns. Early career experience includes leadership positions at the ad*itive, dmg management LLC, and Reebok, where Gray honed skills in marketing strategy, client relations, and creative project management. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University and has furthered education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
