Lisa Lenard

Lisa Lenard has extensive experience in quality assurance and system analysis, having held various positions at notable companies such as Crown Castle and Fiserv Inc. At Crown Castle, Lisa served as Senior System Analyst and Quality Assurance Manager, contributing significantly to a Structural Engineering project that improved process efficiency through the implementation of a Business Process Management system. In previous roles, Lisa managed the InformEnt product suite at Fiserv Inc., generating approximately $5 million in annual revenue, and led quality assurance efforts on various web-based applications. Lisa's career also includes positions at Strategic Energy, Acclamation Systems, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and RPS/FedEx Ground, where a strong focus on quality assurance methodologies and system development has been demonstrated. Currently, Lisa volunteers at The Caring Place while continuing to leverage a solid educational background from multiple institutions, including Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh.
