Ella Comben has a diverse work experience in customer success and event management. Ella currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at The Channel Company since October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company from July 2022 to October 2022. Prior to joining The Channel Company, Ella was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Incisive Media from November 2020 to July 2022. Ella also worked in event management roles at Incisive Media, starting as an Event Coordinator in March 2018 and progressing to Senior Event Coordinator from June 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, they briefly served as an Event Manager from March 2020 to November 2020. Ella's early work experience includes working as an Event Assistant at The Village Green Events Company from December 2016 to March 2018, and a short-term role in B2B Marketing and Communications at Lloyds Banking Group in March 2016.
Ella Comben attended Midsomer Norton Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014 where they completed their A Levels in Politics, History, and Graphics. Following that, they went on to The University of Manchester from 2014 to 2017 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History.
