Thomas Schmidt

Thomas Schmidt has extensive experience in kitchen operations, currently serving as the Area Kitchen Operations Manager at The Cheese Factory since September 1999 and as the Global Kitchens Operation Manager at The Cheesecake Factory, also since September 1999. Prior to these roles, Thomas worked as the Executive Kitchen Manager at Planet Hollywood from August 1997 to July 1999. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree from NWTC, earned between 1993 and 1997, and completed high school education at Shawano High School from 1980 to 1984.
