Tom Conder

Tom Conder has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Tom began their career at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Software Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Tom then worked at SRA International as a Senior Member from 2011 to 2013, and later joined CSC as an Adaptive Solutions Consultant from 2013 to 2015. After that, they served as a Lead Java Web Developer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at The Cigna Group, where they initially held the position of Senior Full Stack Developer from 2017 to 2022, and now serves as the Director and Principal Engineer, starting from May 2022.

Tom Conder earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma from Centralia High School from 1984 to 1988. In addition, they have certifications in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in January 2022 and Machine Learning from Coursera obtained in 2012.
