Dominic Stigliano is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Breezes Seafood Restaurant and Allens Clam Bar since May 2019 and at The Claridge - a Radisson Hotel since August 2018, Dominic has also held the position of Executive Chef at Serendipity 3 from March 2022 to September 2023. Prior to these roles, Dominic was a working partner/operator at The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Company from April 2016 to July 2018. Earlier culinary experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Hard Rock Casino Tampa, Valley Forge Casino Resort, and Running Deer Golf Club and Seven Tap-Tavern. Dominic holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Atlantic Cape Community College, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
