Bryan Lynch

Bryan Lynch has a strong background in risk assurance, regulatory affairs, compliance risk management, enterprise risk management, and business continuity management. Bryan served as the Vice President of Risk Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at The Clearing House from February 2022 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Compliance Risk Management from November 2020 to March 2022. From February 2015 to November 2020, Bryan was the Enterprise Risk Director at The Clearing House, where they oversaw various risk controls, registers, metrics, remediation plans, and reporting systems. At both companies, they held senior leadership positions and handled regulatory examination interactions. Bryan started their career at Bank of America as a Vice President and worked there from April 1998 to May 2014.

Bryan Lynch pursued their education with dedication. From 1991 to 1992, they attended Surry Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Continuing their academic journey, Bryan joined the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1993 to 1995, where they achieved a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Math.
