Mure Wesigye

Mure Wesigye currently serves as the People & Culture Director and HR Business Partner for the Africa Operating Unit at The Coca-Cola Company, a role undertaken since June 2021. Responsibilities include coaching leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and implementing people strategies aligned with the company's goals. Prior to this, Mure worked at FNB South Africa from July 2018 to June 2021, focusing on aligning the people strategy with business unit strategies in private wealth and fiduciary sectors. Mure's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Discovery Limited from December 2011 to June 2018, gaining exposure across multiple business units. Mure holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, complemented by education from GIBS Business School.
