William Cepin

William Cepin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile culinary roles. Currently serving as Banquet Chef at The Colonnade Hotel since March 2022, William also holds positions as Cook 1/Chef Tournant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. since March 2020, and Executive Chef for both American Golf Corporation and CUNY-Hostos Community College since 2017 and 2015, respectively. Previously, William worked as Executive Chef at International House until March 2022 and as Production Chef at Tavern on the Green from April 2014 to September 2015. Educated at Instituto de Educacion Universal, William earned a degree in Culinary Arts and an International Culinary Diploma in International Cuisine between 1989 and 1992.
