Erkan Ocak

Erkan Ocak currently serves as Executive Chef at The Community at Rockhill since February 2023, bringing extensive culinary experience to the role. Prior to this position, Erkan worked as Sous Chef at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from September 2020 to February 2023, and held the title of Director of Dining Services at The Courtyards Senior Living for a year. Erkan's career includes valuable experience as a Line Cook at The Omni Grove Park Inn, a Banquet Chef at Blue Ocean Event Center, and various chef positions at Merit International Casinos, where responsibilities included kitchen management and pastry preparation. Erkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy from European University of Lefke.
