Nina Berman

Nina Berman is a Senior Project Manager at The Culinary Edge. Nina has previously worked as an Entrepreneurship & Culinary Development Manager at Mandela Partners, a Program Coordinator at Oakland Bloom, a Research Associate at Alameda County Community Food Bank, and a Resource & Development Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee. Nina has also worked as a line cook at Zuni Cafe and as a head chef at Delaware North. In addition to their work experience, Nina is also a co-founder of Bagel Babes and has served as a food buyer and local foods committee member for Oberlin Student Cooperative Association and as a folk director and community engagement supervisor for WOBC-FM.

Nina Berman has a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College in Religion, Food Systems & Urban Planning, a Geology/Earth Science Certification from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a High School Diploma from The American Embassy School in New Delhi. Nina also has a Food Safety Manager Certification.

Theo Friedman - Project Manager, Fanny Tavera - Project Manager report to Nina Berman. They are on a team with Montina Filice - Associate Director, Strategy, Erica Holland-Toll - Director, Culinary, and Shannon Sharkey - Director, Client Relations. Their manager is Graham Humphreys, CEO.
