Kayleigh Wiltshire

Kayleigh Wiltshire is the current Global Director of People and Culture at The Dorchester Collection. Kayleigh has been with the company since January 2014, starting as the Learning and Development Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for the strategy and execution of all learning and development initiatives for The Dorchester Collection. This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support the business goals of the company.

Prior to their current role, Ms. Wiltshire was the Head of Learning and Development at The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park from January 2018 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the learning and development function for the company. This included designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that supported the business goals of the company.

Before their time at The Dorchester, Ms. Wiltshire worked as a Training Manager at The Safety Management Bureau from June 2009 to January 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing the training function for the company. This included designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that met the needs of the company.

Ms. Wiltshire has a wealth of experience in training and development, which they have used to help The Dorchester Collection meet its business goals.

Kayleigh Wiltshire completed a 2.1 BSc Hons in Nutrition, Health and Lifestyles at Sheffield Hallam University.
