Caitlin Hartwigsen

Caitlin Hartwigsen has over 10 years of experience in the wine and distribution industry. Caitlin began their career in 2009 as an Intern at Glazer's Distributors, where they performed retail resets and conducted market share analysis. In 2013, they joined Republic National Distributing Company as an On Premise Wine Specialist, where they focused on building customer relationships, meeting sales objectives, and increasing market share. Caitlin later served as a Heritage Specialist and Hotel Team District Manager. In 2017, they joined Duckhorn Wine Company as a District Manager, overseeing sales operations. Caitlin then progressed to roles as Director of On Premise Regional Chains and Director of On Premise National Accounts. Caitlin's experience showcases their expertise in sales, account management, and building customer rapport in the wine industry.

Caitlin Hartwigsen attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2005 to 2007, studying Hospitality Administration/Management. Caitlin then transferred to the University of North Texas from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2013, Caitlin obtained the WSET Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
