The Education Reform Project is a non-profit organization committed to the positive transformation of our nation’s educational system, placing the needs of students and teachers at the forefront of public policy and effectuating worthwhile systematic change through innovation, creativity and common sense.

Our first initiative is to make teachers' income tax-free to improve their pay. This will create an immediate increase in net salary, ease the financial burden of our teachers and help create an equitable compensation rate for educators across the country.
