Whitney Sieck

Whitney Sieck, CPTD®, is a seasoned professional in revenue enablement and organizational development, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Enablement Enthusiast LLC since March 2020. This organization focuses on elevating enablement functions through individualized and team coaching, advisory services, and marketing initiatives. In addition to this role, Whitney holds the position of Community Advisor at The Enablement Squad. A significant part of Whitney's career includes leadership roles at Demandbase and Outreach, where responsibilities included Vice President of Revenue Enablement. Previously, positions as Director of Revenue Enablement at Greenhouse Software and other leadership roles at iCIMS, Baker Hughes, and Marine Well Containment Company have shaped Whitney's expertise. An active contributor to the field, Whitney served as Vice President of the NYC Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society. Whitney's academic background includes a B.A. in Communication and Spanish from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
