David Geiss

David Geiss is an experienced consultant and leader specializing in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Maintenance Excellence. Currently serving as the Owner/Principal of Reliability Dave LLC since January 2024 and as a Management Consultant for The EV Group since November 2022, David also dedicated time as a SCORE Mentor from April 2021 to March 2022 to assist small businesses. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Firestone Building Products and Sr. Regional GPS Manager at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where David led the deployment of the Great Production System. David's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Nestlé, ConAgra, and Andersen Corporation, where significant achievements in continuous improvement and operational efficiency were realized. David holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Penn State University.
