Laura Rooklin

Laura Rooklin has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of people operations and talent acquisition. Laura started their career at Capital One, where they held positions such as Head of Canadian & Alternative Channels College Recruiting and Chief of Staff for the Credit Risk Management Department. At Capital One, Laura demonstrated their skills in project management, recruitment, and process improvement.

Following their time at Capital One, Laura joined Google in 2006 and held multiple roles within the Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) department. Laura served as a Global Shared Services Team Manager, Program Manager for the Google Food Team, Director of REWS Chief of Staff Bay Area, and Director of Real Estate & Workplace Services. In these roles, they excelled in strategic planning, team leadership, and change management.

Most recently, Laura worked at Humu as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they gained further experience in talent acquisition strategies and consulting.

In 2023, Laura joined EVERY™ as the Head of People Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions and managing the overall employee experience.
