Tara Whitehead Stotland

Tara Whitehead Stotland currently serves as the Global Head of Strategy and Communications for Cognizant Consulting, a role assumed in July 2024, and is a member of Chief since June 2023. Tara is also a Fellow at The Fourth Effect, an organization dedicated to connecting women board candidates with companies. Previously, Tara led the Innovation, Growth, and Strategy Enablement team within Cognizant's consulting community and held various senior positions at Cognizant, including Lead Strategist for Growth Strategy and Engagement. Additional experience includes Board Member roles with Women That Soar and Woodcote Management Associates, and executive positions at Aricent Group, The North Highland Company, and Synchronoss Technologies. Tara's educational background includes an MBA from Emory University, an International MBA from Nyenrode Business University, and a dual degree in Marketing and Communications from Southern Methodist University.
