Stalin Mathew has extensive experience in finance, with a focus on financial control and accounting functions. Stalin has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as The Glitch, Ex: Kantar, Kantar, Millward Brown, and IntegraScreen. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to improve team culture, implement finance policies, and automate accounting processes. Stalin has also been responsible for overseeing shared service centers and ensuring accurate and timely financial information flow. Furthermore, they have experience in trouble-shooting escalated accounting and system issues and has played a role in setting up new units and projects. Stalin Mathew's expertise also includes transfer pricing, intercompany invoicing, the finalization of accounts, and cost variance analysis.

Stalin Mathew pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Calicut from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
