Brian Carrico

Co-Founder & CEO at The Guild

Brian Carrico is the co-founder and CEO of The Guild, a previous company owner and operations manager of Seven Bluff Cabins, and a project manager and consultant of Malcolm Pirnie. Brian has experience in reorganizing companies, leading teams of outside consultants, lawyers, and accountants, expanding businesses, overseeing construction, developing and tracking business processes and financial metrics, and opening the Middle East office in Muscat, Oman for Malcolm Pirnie. Brian has also served as the Owner's Representative for the Omani Ministry of Water and Power's $150 Million pump station and pipeline project. In their time with Malcolm Pirnie, they also managed external contractors and consultants while managing an internal team that developed an accelerated schedule and devised a novel Sharepoint dashboard for tracking progress in the Drinking Water Process & Planning group in Denver.

Brian Carrico has a MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
